3. Click on 'AAPLY NOW' to start your application Process
4. Input your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Phone number and Click "Create Button"
5. Copy the Transaction Reference
6. Click on "Continue with Payment". Your will be redirected to a payment page where you will be required to use a Valid Debit Card for the Payment
7. After successful Payment, Your will be redirected back to the Center Portal to continue with Profile Creation
8. Use your Transaction Refrence as the Username and Password to login
9. Fill in all Sections and Upload your Passport
10. Submit your Application Form and Print a Copy for Record Purpose
